Harlow Town FC General Manager Tim Sewell is taking on Football to Amsterdam, a two day, 145-mile bike ride in aid of Prostate Cancer UK on June 1st.

I’m getting ever closer to my fundraising target. If you can, please dig deep and help me make a difference
- Tim Sewell

Backed by the EFL and the League Managers Association, the ride from London to Amsterdam will see 400 football fans make the pedal pilgrimage to Ajax's Amsterdam Arena to help stop prostate cancer being a killer.

After months of training, and hundreds of miles under his belt, Tim is just one week away from the start of the event, and you can still help his fundraising efforts.

Tim said: "Exactly a week from today, I will be in Stratford with many others ahead of the start of our challenge. It’s come around so quickly.

"Since I signed up on the 27th December 2017 close to 7,000 men will have lost their battle with Prostate Cancer which is a crying shame. I know in some small way our fundraising will help radically reduce this statistic of one loss every 45 minutes.

"To those who have supported so far, a massive Thank You. I’m getting ever closer to my fundraising target. If you can, please dig deep and help me make a difference."

If you would like to contribute to Tim's efforts, please visit his JustGiving page.

From everyone at Harlow Town FC, Good Luck Tim!
