Harlow Town FC are delighted to announce that Danny Chapman has secured the signing of attacking midfielder Mario Noto.

Mario started his footballing career as a youngster at Tottenham Hotspur before moving to Reading, Canvey Island, and Chelmsford City where he spent two years.

In 2008 Noto joined Boreham Wood and went on to spend eight seasons at the club, scoring 38 goals in 215 appearances. Noto was part of the side that rose from the Ryman Premier Division to the National League South. He then earned his ‘A’ coaching licence and joined the coaching staff as first team coach, before earning another promotion to the National League via the playoffs at the end of last season.

Boreham Wood’s switch to daytime training earlier this season conflicted with his full-time career, and so Noto left the club, to the benefit of the Hawks.

We would like to welcome Mario to the club and wish him all the best for his time with the Hawks.
