The 27 year old was this week released from Ryman Division One North rivals Heybridge Swifts, and Hawks manager Danny Chapman was quick to sign the defender.
Chapman was delighted to capture Holloway's signature as he looks to strengthen his squad leading into the busy Christmas period, and will be available for selection in Saturday's league fixture at Tilbury.
Holloway started the season at Thurrock before moving to the Swifts, he has also seen service at Redbridge.
