Following a meeting of The FA’s Leagues Committee, the club allocations for Steps 1 to 4 for season 2017-18 have been confirmed.

Harlow Town will once again take their place in the Isthmian Premier Division, and there will be five new teams joining the Hawks for the forthcoming season.

Brightlingsea Regent and Thurrock join the division after promotion from the Isthmian Division 1 North, while Dorking Wanderers and Tooting & Mitcham join from Division 1 South.

Margate are the only relegated side from Step 2 to join the Isthmian League, and Hawks fans will be disappointed that neighbours and rivals from the past Bishop's Stortford have been placed in the Southern League Premier Division.

  • Burgess Hill Town
  • Dorking Wanderers (promoted from Isthmian Division 1 South)
