Harlow Town visit Braintree Town in the FA Cup 4th Qualifying Round.

For the Hawks, this is the most important and most hotly anticipated cup game since 2008, with the knowledge that a win will see Harlow’s name in the famous velvet bag for the 1st Round Proper. Braintree will be keen not to become just another victim of the “magic of the FA Cup”.

The Hawks have been in fine form, and just one defeat in the last 15 games means that despite the three division, 71 league places gap between the sides, Braintree will not be underestimating the opposition. The two games against Bath City show that Harlow can take the game to higher placed opposition.

Braintree Town’s manager Danny Cowley and captain Kenny Davis have both played for Harlow, and they will know first-hand what it’s like to have the Harlow support behind them. With over 200 Harlow fans expected in attendance, the atmosphere will be electric, and they can once again be the 12th man.

The Harlow squad has been strengthened with the re-signing of Jared Small and he will be available for selection, although Shane Stamp is still unavailable due to being cup-tied.

For travelling fans, the stadium address is:

The Avanti Stadium,
off Clockhouse Way,
Braintree,
Essex CM7 3RD

Away fans are also advised to read the information provided by Braintree Town.

Kick off is at 3:00pm, on Saturday 24th October 2015.

Don’t forget, if you can’t make the game, you can follow goal and match updates on the Harlow Town FC Twitter and Facebook pages.
