The Hawks welcome neighbours Waltham Abbey to the Harlow Arena for a Ryman League Division One North match.

The Hawks will be light defensively, with Craig Pope still suspended. Centre-back Sam West is a doubt after being forced off through injury in the 0-1 win against Redbridge last time out, while Sam Holloway won’t feature after injuring ligaments against Maldon & Tiptree before Christmas.

Harlow will be looking to start 2016 with a bang, knowing that a run of positive results is needed to force themselves into the playoff positions. The Hawks have risen to fourth in the form table, with four wins, a draw and a loss in the last six games. In the same period Waltham Abbey have only managed two draws and four losses, returning just two points from a possible 18. Their last win in the league came in mid-October, which has seen them drop down the league table.

The Abbotts now find themselves bottom of the league, with 14 points from their 25 games. Harlow meanwhile have risen to 7th, on 42 points, having only played 23 matches.

Come along and support the Hawks as we look to make 2016 a promotion year!

Kick off is at 3:00pm, on Saturday 2nd January 2016.

Don’t forget, if you can’t make the game, you can follow goal and match updates on the Harlow Town FC Twitter and Facebook pages.
