•The Football Club will be open from 1:15pm for Harlow Town FC Supporters. Our coach will be due to arrive in Needham just after the stated bar opening time.

The coach will be expected to park in the lower part of our car park.

•ALL alcohol purchased throughout the day will always be served in plastic glasses. This will be the same for bottles and cans of drink.

•NO Alcohol will be allowed past the sloping footpath near our kitchen. We will have stewards in this area and are treating this as procedures used for an FA Competition Match.

•Needham Market will have Stewards from Ipswich Town FC and Police in attendance, as well as there own Club Stewards.

•Both Harlow Town FC and Needham Market FC ask that throughout the day supporters of both clubs act in a sensible and safe manner, and are courteous towards all Committee & Stewards especially if queuing for food and drink.
