Collington is an experienced striker who signed for West Ham aged eleven and broke through their famed academy, spending nine years with the Hammers before moving on.

He also featured for a number of other clubs during his playing days, including Preston, Crawley Town, Thurrock and Dagenham & Redbridge.

Marce retired from playing in 2010 due to a few serious injuries and turned his attention to coaching a number of local academy and youth teams, as well as running an amateur football club in the Hertford & District League.

We'd like to welcome Marce to the club, and wish him all the best in his new role.
