Tuesday's Essex Senior Cup tie in doubt

was postponed last Tuesday. Please see the below statement from the Essex FA regarding the fixture.

Please note that Braintree Town are now due to face Cambridge United in a Skrill Premier fixture on Tuesday 14 January. However, this fixture is subject to Cambridge United not being involved in an FA Trophy Replay with Luton Town.

Should Cambridge require a replay, the Senior Cup tie will take place as planned. If not, the Senior Cup tie will take place on Tuesday 21 January.

We shall try and make an announcement at full time on Saturday against Brentwood Town with further details if we can, if not log onto the website for further information.
