Working under the guidance of the club’s catering manager, the job is to ensure that the kitchen is clean and operational.
• Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
• Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients
• Preparing sandwiches, buffet cooking etc.
• Disposing of rubbish
• Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas
Working hours will mainly be in the evening and wage is dependent on experience, which is preferred.
