Tilbury went into the game having not lost since the middle of September, and they went ahead in the first half. The Hawks equalized mid-way through the second period, but the hosts took the lead again immediately after. As Harlow pushed for a second goal, Tilbury sealed the win with a third minutes from the end.
The Hawks started this match on top and could have taken the lead early on. Junior Dadson beat the home ‘keeper but Jake Pooley cleared off the goal line.
Harlow’s top scorer Alex Read then went close, before Matt Game and Jack Carlile had efforts for the home side as both teams looked to break the deadlock.
On 34 minutes, Craig Pope was adjudged to have fouled Kurt Smith in the box, and Danny Glozier duly stepped up to take the lead from the penalty spot. Neil Richmond thought he had doubled the lead shortly after, but he was flagged for offside.

Harlow were again on top at the start of the second period, and should have drawn level when Fabion Simms broke through the home defence. His effort was wildly slashed off target to the frustration of the travelling support.
Chances were few and far between in difficult conditions, and the pitch was certainly not helping provide fre-floing football. The Hawks did get the deserved equaliser when Dadson's shot was parried into the path of Alex Read who tapped home the loose ball.
Tilbury hit straight back, going ahead immediately from the kick off. Matt Game burst into the area and unleashed a powerful shot that left Harlow ‘keeper Niklas Freund stranded.
With the game drawing to a close, Harlow threw caution to the wind and pressed for a second equalizer, changing shape to play three at the back. The home team took advantage, Emiel Aiken streaking forward and sending Kurt Smith behind the defence to score a third and seal the win for the Dockers.
