The Hawks welcome Bedford Town to the Harlow Arena for a the next round of the FA Cup.

Having both come through the Preliminary Round against lower league opposition, it’s a tougher test this time round. We both play at the same step of the national league system, albeit in different leagues.

Despite a less than vintage performance during the week, the win over Barkingside moved the Hawks onto five straight wins in all competitions. The good run of results has taken Harlow up to third in the league. Bedford have lost their last two against tough opposition, and now sit 12th in their respective league table.

The two sides have met in this competition previously on one occasion, during the 2001-02 season. In the 4th Qualifying Round Bedford came to Harlow, and it was the visitors that came away with a 2-1 win. The winners of this match will go into the hat for the draw for the next round of ties, which will be played on Saturday 26th September.

Kick off is at 3:00pm, on Saturday 12th September 2015.
