Dave Collis has added a number of new names to the Harlow Town squad as he continues to put his on stamp on the side.

Firstly, the Hawks are pleased to have secured the services of James Pugsley.

James is an experienced right-sided defender who is well-known for his time at Great Wakering Rovers. He spent six seasons with them, making over 100 appearances, captaining the side and winning Supporters Player of the Year in 2016-17.

He then spent a short spell at Aveley in 2017 before re-joining Great Wakering, and more recently he has spent time with Brentwood Town over the last two seasons.

Harlow Town have also added another experienced defender in the form of Elliot Styles. He signed for AFC Hornchurch in 2006 and went on to rack up 541 appearances for the Urchins, where he also captained the side.

Jaedon Phillips has also signed for the Hawks from Bromley. He is a young striker who came through the Leyton Orient academy.

As he progressed through the youth system he made several loan moves to game experience of first team football at clubs including Sevenoaks Town, Canvey Island, Westfield and Basildon Utd, before making the permanent move to Bromley.

Callum Taylor has also joined the Club on work experience loan from Southend United. He is a young goalkeeper who came through their academy, and we went on to make his First Team debut for the Shrimpers back in February before signing a contract extension in the summer.

Joining Callum from Southend United is Issa Mpenga, who also signs on a work experience loan. The striker has been at the Blues academy for a number of years, and was also retained as a third-year scholar in the summer.

Reserves goalkeeper Rob Horgan has also signed first team forms to provide back-up for our other goalkeeping options.

They will all be available for selection in the match day squad tomorrow when host Ashford Town, and we would like to welcome all the new players to the Club.

Finally, we can also confirm that after his opportunities to play have been limited, Dominic Clatworthy has been deregistered to seek playing time elsewhere. We thank him for his contribution during his time at the Club.
