Padraig Horgan - sports scientist/ strength and conditioning coach.
Former Irish international rugby player who currently works with West Ham Academy and Charlton Athletic Ladies 1st team. UEFA B coach

Jake Palmer - Goalkeeping coach
Former Academy player at Ipswich Town & represented South East Counties, coach with 'Art of Saving' - Level 1 coach
Jake will be assisted by Sarah Walker - current ladies 1st team GK (level 1 GK qualified)

Steve McCarthy - Team manager
Level 2 coach working with senior men's team and formerly head coach of University of Coventry Women's 1st team.

Lee Walker - Coach
This is Lee's first coaching role but has a wealth of experience in the game. Level 1 coach.

These will join the existing coaching line-up of:

Grant Palmer - 1st team manager
Level 2 & level 2 GK & Youth Module 1 & 2, with 18 years coaching experience in boys/men's/girls/ladies football.

Santi Sende - 1st team coach
Level 1 coach and 8 years plus coaching experience in boys/girls/ ladies football

Jay Clifford - Coach
Level 1 coach with 3 + years experience of coaching girls/ladies football.

The combination of coaching experience and qualifications is but one of the benefits of this excellent coaching team. We also aim to provide support and opportunity to all players in any area of football including developing players technically as individuals and as a team, plus promoting and encouraging players to become coaches, referees, etc

We all want to enjoy the journey as much as the players and so together we will all achieve more.

Another important addition to the team is Dave O'Shea who is the new Ladies Secretary, a vitally important role within the club and one which keeps the cogs turning.
