He has featured for Hertford Town against the Hawks twice already this season - in Harlow's 2-1 league win in September and more recently the 6-2 Velocity Trophy win at the end of October - and impressed Harlow Town boss Danny Chapman in both outings.

Hugo can play in defence or defensive midfield. He is a former Tottenham Hotspur youth player who has also spent time with Mildenhall Town, Romford and Ebsfleet United.
