Ian was our Press Officer, Social Media Officer, and Webmaster and also ran the Club shop. During his time with us, he has been hardworking, loyal and has put in countless hours to keep supporters informed of any club updates as well as carrying out post-match interviews, updating the stats and arranging coaches for supporters. He has been well respected by everyone at the club including management, officials, supporters, and players.

We look forward to seeing him on the terraces albeit without his notebook and stopwatch.

How long left Ian…?

The role will not be left vacant ahead of the 2022/23 season as Aaron Moore takes the reins, looking to fill big shoes as Ian’s successor.
Aaron was part of the Walthamstow FC media team between 2019-2021, writing match reports, segments for the programme as well as conducting interviews with players and management before taking up a role in the media team for the Harlow Town Ladies, working alongside Ladies Secretary Joe Barker for the last three seasons in a similar role. He was given the opportunity to step up to Press Officer ahead of the new season, having agreed to remain with the Ladies team.
