Known for his strong physical presence, and his clinical finishing, Fred Agyemang joined the club in September 2024 following spells with both Haringey Borough and Barkingside, whom he scored 24 goals in 30 appearances for in the 2023-24 season.

Fred's single season with the Hawks was undoubtedly a successful one, with him ending the season as the club's top scorer that season. Fred made 34 appearances, scoring 19 times and assisting 3 times before departing after winning the Thurlow Nunn Division One South.
