Arley is a local midfielder, who joined the Hawks in the 2023/24 season, after playing for Ongar Town the season before.

Initially a product of the Stevenage Academy in his youth days, Arley joined Sawbridgeworth Town's reserves before his switch to Ongar Town.

In his first season with the club, Arley operated as a right-midfielder in Danny Chapman's side and went on to win the Thurlow Nunn League Challenge Cup that season, scoring 3 goals and assisting twice in 46 appearances. He went on to win Manager's Player Of The Season.

His second season was also a successful one, as he played a major role in the Hawks' win of the Thurlow Nunn Division One South title, mostly operating as a central midfielder. He appeared 46 times, scoring 3 times and assisting on 8 occasions.
