Harlow Town Kick Off Pre-Season with Impressive Victory

Harlow Town made an encouraging start to their pre-season campaign with a well-earned 3-1 victory over Harold Hill at The Harlow Arena on Thursday, 2 July 2026.

The Hawks produced a composed and energetic performance, showing plenty of promise as preparations continue ahead of the new season. A strong team display saw Harlow create a number of opportunities throughout the match, with three well-taken goals rewarding their positive approach.

While pre-season results are secondary to building fitness and match sharpness, there were plenty of encouraging signs for the coaching staff. The players worked hard both in and out of possession, with several combinations already beginning to develop as the squad continues to gel.

Harold Hill pulled a goal back during the contest, but Harlow remained in control and comfortably saw out the victory to record their first win of the summer.

The Hawks will now look to build on this positive performance as preparations for the new campaign continue.
