At Harlow Town FC, player welfare is our top priority. As an England Football Accredited club, we adhere to the highest FA standards to ensure a secure environment for all. Every youth coach is fully DBS checked, First Aid trained, and holds the FA Safeguarding Children qualification. From Mini-Soccer to our Academy, we strictly follow the ‘Respect’ campaign and all modern matchday protocols. Our commitment ensures that every young Hawk can develop their skills in a professional, safe, and supportive community setting.

Our staff are the heartbeat of the youth section. Every mentor holds recognized FA coaching qualifications, ensuring training is structured, modern, and effective. Beyond technical drills, we focus on instilling vital values—teamwork, integrity, and resilience—into every young player. By fostering a positive environment, our coaches help kids sharpen their footballing ability while building the character needed for life on and off the pitch.
